“This program/event/activity is made possible by a grant from Proof Alliance and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).” - Proof Alliance must approve all printed materials before printing.
- Grantees are asked to acknowledge the support of Proof Alliance when written credit is not applicable by providing verbal acknowledgment before an event.
